The most recent revision of the Bylaws developed by the NMIA Bylaws Committee (Therese Furger, Candy Gabriel, Tony
Watrobinski) are presented for members' consideration. This revision was approved by the Executive Board at the October 29
meeting.
The revision (which has the changes highlighted in red) is posted here as well as the "highlights of changes" document for
members to review. There will be a vote on the revision at the January 2009 meeting. Please review the documents prior to that meeting. There will be a limited number of hard copies at the November and December meetings. Revised Bylaws Highlights of Changes
